Director, Aleksandra Keserovic, was educated at the University of Belgrade, receiving a Master of Arts in Musicology. She is a qualified teacher and an accomplished professional vocalist. Ms Keserovic was the cofounder of IHSB along with the late Dr Jonathan Rider.
Head of School, Gareth Evans has been teaching since 1996, having trained in Primary education at the University of Durham. He has held senior leadership positions in Greece, Belgium and Tunisia as well as the UK. Mr Evans is also a trained inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate and Lead Improvement Partner for COBIS. Recently, Mr Evans has trained as an executive level coach and completed his professional headship qualification.
Head of Primary, Michelle Moors has been dedicated to teaching in international schools since 2012, with extensive experience across Key Stage 2 (KS2) and Key Stage 3 (KS3). The majority of her career was spent in Shanghai, where she played a pivotal role in curriculum development and team management. Her leadership and expertise were instrumental in shaping and enhancing the school’s educational programs.
Head of Secondary, Robert Robinson brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Head of Secondary. He holds a Master’s Degree in History and has been teaching in the independent sector since 1991. Trained in Secondary Education at the University of Bristol, Robert has held senior leadership positions both in the UK and internationally, guiding schools to achieve excellence. Known for his commitment to inspiring students and fostering a supportive learning environment, Robert combines academic expertise with a genuine dedication to helping every student reach their full potential.
