Director, Aleksandra Keserovic, was educated at the University of Belgrade, receiving a Master of Arts in Musicology. She is a qualified teacher and an accomplished professional vocalist. Ms Keserovic was the cofounder of IHSB along with the late Dr Jonathan Rider.

Head of School and Head of Secondary, Robert Robinson brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Head of Secondary. He holds a Master’s Degree in History and has been teaching in the independent sector since 1991. Trained in Secondary Education at the University of Bristol, Robert has held senior leadership positions both in the UK and internationally, guiding schools to achieve excellence. Known for his commitment to inspiring students and fostering a supportive learning environment, Robert combines academic expertise with a genuine dedication to helping every student reach their full potential.

Head of Primary, Michelle Moors has been dedicated to teaching in international schools since 2012, with extensive experience across Key Stage 2 (KS2) and Key Stage 3 (KS3). The majority of her career was spent in Shanghai, where she played a pivotal role in curriculum development and team management. Her leadership and expertise were instrumental in shaping and enhancing the school’s educational programs.

Deputy Head of Secondary, Richard Bumford is an experienced international educator and school leader with over 25 years in education and more than 12 years in senior leadership. He has extensive experience in academic and pastoral leadership, curriculum development, teaching and learning, staff development and school improvement. Richard has worked across IGCSE, A-Level, IB and AP pathways and holds a Master of Education. Outside school, he enjoys rugby, skiing and scuba diving and is an SSI Scuba Instructor.
